Here is your bite of indy-ness. I swear Yeasayer used to be from Portland? Maybe I am wrong. In any case this song is really good, the video is really *ahem* interesting and the band is currently based out of NYC with the Scottish Studio Brussels providing a very nice remix.

And for the more polished pop of European dance here is Roger Sanchez’s song of the moment cut straight out of a set. Normally I would never cover the like of this, this one just happens to involve Per QX who is pretty on fire at the moment.
