So many songs get lost in the shuffle to keep up with the continuing new hotness bubbling forth. Too many genres, too many DJ’s and almost too many producers. When a song really connects with us, when we remember it an emotional times, when a song gives us the “oh wow” smile once again; these songs we must hang onto and file away some place safer then an itunes playlist.
Here are five songs I feel to be overlooked, underplayed and largely unknown.
I would not leave the house with out them.

One of my favorite dance music blogs You Can Call Me Pelski just posted a massive post on Trevor Loveys, one of the key fidget house producers/DJ’s in the world. This is a great blog, not just for a wealth of downloads (two of which found there way in my set tonight) but for being a fairly deep step into the genre. Another joke name that caught on, unlike “Nu Rave” this music has long lasting dance floor stability.

Here are the three more tracks that I would say help define Fidget, more on the Ghetto/vocal side.
Sawtooth Sucka- Back in Town
Unkle- Restless (Fake Blood Remix)
Duke Dumont- Lean and Bounce

I occasionally DJ under the moniker “DJ Countzero” and occasionally my moniker half makes mixes for general public consumption. It has been a while in coming for this installment with most of my time lately being devoted to throwing a party rather then playing one. Come see me play at FUBAR the night before our party.
Track list after the jump jump.
End of summer jump mix- DJ Countzero
