This pretty much served as my introduction to live music in Chicago, and I don’t think I’ve stopped going to shows since. Carte Blanche (DJ Mehdi + Riton of Ed Banger Records) didn’t take the stage until about 3:00AM, with Kid Sister following nearly an hour later. Best part is… they served drinks the entire time.
